Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are for all bookings made with Madison Park Limited through the nationalairporttransfers.com website and any reference to Madison Park Limited will include nationalairporttransfers.com and visa versa.

Vehicle Type

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they provide all the information necessary regarding number of passengers and luggage in order to ensure the correct type of vehicle is despatched for their journey. Madison Park Limited or nationalairporttransfers.com will not be held responsible for any journey that cannot be completed because of extra luggage or extra passengers looking to travel over and above the numbers quoted in the booking confirmation.

The nationalairporttransfers.com partner completing the booking may, at their discretion, charge a call out fee upto the value of the original booking in the event of a journey not being completed due to incorrect information regarding passenger and luggage numbers being provided by the customer.

Prices

The prices quoted include a booking fee for Madison Park Limited acting as the booking agent. Payment can be made directly to Madison Park Limited or, in certain circumstances, directly to their partner.

Bookings & Booking Confirmations

All phone bookings are taken with extreme care to ensure accuracy is maintained.

Some bookings may be recorded for training and verification purposes. Bookings made by e-mail should include all the information requested on our online booking forms. We will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by any third party and all bookings will be confirmed in writing – normally by email – and acceptance of the details and confirmation of your acceptance will be required at least 7 days prior to travelling.

Payment

An invoice will be sent with the booking confirmation and payments can be made by the following methods:

Cheque payments can be accepted but in these instances, payment must be made in full to Madison Park Limited and the funds must have cleared 7 days prior to the journey taking place.

Waiting Time Charges

All pickups from the airports and cruise ports are allowed 1 hour free from the arrival or docking time. Any further waiting time can be charged at £20 per hour in 15 minute intervals at the discretion of the partner. Flight delays are exempt from these charges and we encourage all our partners to monitor flights for early or late arrivals to minimise waiting by the drivers or customers.
Where a taxi is booked on a wait and return service, wait time charges will have been agreed at the time of booking and any additional wait time will be charged at the same rate quoted in the original booking.

Additional Passengers and Luggage

Additional passengers and luggage may be added prior to the date of the journey providing reasonable notice (we recommend at least 5 days) is given. Madison Park Limited are not obliged to meet any additional requirements for passengers and luggage and no deposits will be refunded if we are unable to meet any additional requirements after the booking confirmation has been accepted.

Booking Cancellations

A booking can be cancelled in advance by giving 24 hours notice. A refund will be given for any pre-paid transfers that are cancelled with a 10% fee deducted to cover administration charges. For bookings where only a deposit has been paid, no refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer or journey will be charged in full.

Missed Flights

If a flight is missed this information must be informed to nationalairporttransfers.com or the driver (if their contact details have been made available) as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made. If a shared service was used i.e. where multiple parties are utilising the same vehicle – no refunds can be made and if the passenger takes a later flight and wishes to arrange another transfer, any original discounts applied through using an otherwise ‘empty return vehicle’ or ‘shared vehicle’ will not longer be applicable, however, nationalairporttransfers.com will endeavour to arrange the new transfer at the best possible price available through its’ partner network.

No Shows

If a passenger books a private hire car, taxi, minibus or chauffeur service through nationalairporttransfers.com and fails to meet the driver at the arranged pick up time at the agreed location including residential address, hotel, railway station, commercial address or any other private address this will be classed as a no show and includes any situation whereby the passenger has arranged the vehicle for the wrong date or time.

If a passenger books a pick up from an airport or seaport and fails to meet the driver in the arrival hall or make any contact with the driver or nationaairporttransfers.com within 2 hours of the flight arriving or ship docking this will also be classed as a no-show. This means that the driver will wait in the arrival hall up to 2 hours from the flight arrival time and if the passenger fails to meet or make contact within this time limit to inform nationalairporttransfers.com or the driver of their status at the airport, seaport or railway station it will be considered a no show.

Any delays through customs can be catered for but it is imperative that contact is made through any available source to notify nationalairporttransfers.com or the driver directly.

All no shows will be liable to full payment and no refunds will be given.

Liabilities

All liabilities with regard to prompt arrival at the pickup are with the partner completing the journey and any compensation for missed connections will need to be taken up with the partner involved although nationalairporttransfers.com will act as the agent in these situations and assist both parties in resolving the issue. The partner, Madison Park Limited or nationalairporttransfers.com cannot accept any liability or responsibility for severe traffic delays, road closures, extreme or poor weather conditions and all journey times will be calculated based on normal travelling conditions for the time of day and the route being taken.

Children & Minors

Please note that child seats can be provided as a courtesy service. Whilst we make every effort to ensure child seats are made available, we cannot guarantee availability or suitability for your child, or availability for your journey. Usage of child seats is entirely at the passenger's discretion, and neither nationalairporttransfers.com or their partners can be held responsible or liable for their usage.
